I wanted to teach people how to alter clothing to fit correctly after losing weight. If you are loosing weight buying clothing can get expensive. I just wanted to share a few quick tips to help people maintain a good fit using their current wardrobe. Dr. Dirk Rodriguez helped me lose over 100 pounds. He is on FaceBook and his website is on the left hand side of my page. He offers many solutions if you too, need help losing weight. Check out his Facebook page for great low calorie tastey recipes. When I lost all that weight, I had to figure out a whole new wardrobe and alter the clothes I already had. I couldn't just go buy a new wardrobe. So I started to alter the clothing I have to fit me. Hopefully sharing these tips with you can help you with alterations for a better fit for your figure.
